Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPON1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,307 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPON1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H4C7, RCC1, and ZNF398. Each is linked with SPON1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPON1-to-partner and partner-to-SPON1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H4C7 grouped by SPON1-low versus SPON1-high in SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPON1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPON1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
