SPINK5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINK5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, STAT3_pY705, and IRS1. Each is linked with SPINK5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINK5-to-partner and partner-to-SPINK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by SPINK5-low versus SPINK5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
