Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPINK5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,692 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINK5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of antimicrobial peptide production, Regulation of antibacterial peptide production, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with SPINK5 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINK5-to-partner and partner-to-SPINK5 results are reported.
