Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDYE7P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 450 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPDYE7P-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHVII-28-1, EIF3JP1, and RN7SL788P. Each is linked with SPDYE7P in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYE7P-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYE7P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHVII-28-1 grouped by SPDYE7P-low versus SPDYE7P-high in CESC.
