Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPDYE7P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SPDYE7P data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher SPDYE7P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPDYE7P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

PAAD, UVM, and LUSC are the cancer types where SPDYE7P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
