Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA6L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,853 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA6L-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN28AP2, RPL36P18, and MT-TA. Each is linked with SPATA6L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA6L-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA6L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIN28AP2 grouped by SPATA6L-low versus SPATA6L-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA6L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA6L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
