Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR4692 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR4692 expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR4692 is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, MIR4692 RNA expression shows 8,009 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Together, these results highlight LAML, BRCA, and KIRP as cancer lineages where MIR4692 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
