SPATA48

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPATA48 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA48-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNLIPRP1, NAT8B, and ZNF735. Each is linked with SPATA48 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA48-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PNLIPRP1 grouped by SPATA48-low versus SPATA48-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA48→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
