Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA31B1P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA31B1P-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH1P1, RN7SL354P, and MIR2278. Each is linked with SPATA31B1P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA31B1P-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA31B1P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYTH1P1 grouped by SPATA31B1P-low versus SPATA31B1P-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA31B1P→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA31B1P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
