Q-omics provides the consensus-scored SPATA31B1P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. SPATA31B1P expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, SPATA31B1P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, SPATA31B1P RNA expression shows 9,075 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight DLBC, HNSC, and TGCT as cancer lineages where SPATA31B1P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
