SOX14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 781 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX14-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSFY1, SEC13, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with SOX14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX14-to-partner and partner-to-SOX14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSFY1 grouped by SOX14-low versus SOX14-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
