Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SOX14-associated genes across cancer lineages are UGT2B10, OR1E2, and OR1E1. Each is linked with SOX14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX14-to-partner and partner-to-SOX14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UGT2B10 grouped by SOX14-low versus SOX14-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
