SNX15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,200 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPSF7, NUMA1, and SSRP1. Each is linked with SNX15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX15-to-partner and partner-to-SNX15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX15 versus CPSF7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX15→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
