Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNX15 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 7 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of SNX15’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where SNX15 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types SNX15 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as BRCA and THCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.
LIHC, BRCA, and THCA are the cancer types where SNX15 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
