Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNX15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNX15 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SNX15 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNX15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCS show a favorable association.

HNSC, KICH, and CESC are the cancer types where SNX15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
