SNRNP25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRNP25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL41P, MIR3666, and RN7SL625P. Each is linked with SNRNP25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP25-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL41P grouped by SNRNP25-low versus SNRNP25-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRNP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRNP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
