Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNRNP25 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNRNP25 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher SNRNP25 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNRNP25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and BRCA show a favorable association.
UVM, ACC, and UCS are the cancer types where SNRNP25 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
