SNORD115-7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORD115-7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNORD115-7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD82, MTND4LP16, and MTCO1P7. Each is linked with SNORD115-7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORD115-7-to-partner and partner-to-SNORD115-7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD82 grouped by SNORD115-7-low versus SNORD115-7-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNORD115-7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNORD115-7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
