Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL798P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL798P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL798P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, RN7SL798P RNA expression shows 11,118 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Together, these results highlight UVM, STAD, and LAML as cancer lineages where RN7SL798P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
