SMUG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMUG1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 397 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMUG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPLD1, AMPD2, and PCID2. Each is linked with SMUG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMUG1-to-partner and partner-to-SMUG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPLD1 grouped by SMUG1-low versus SMUG1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMUG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMUG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
