Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMPD4P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMPD4P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4ATAC7P, MIR1197, and RN7SL601P. Each is linked with SMPD4P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMPD4P1-to-partner and partner-to-SMPD4P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMPD4P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMPD4P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
