Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MRPS18BP2 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MRPS18BP2 expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MRPS18BP2 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, MRPS18BP2 RNA expression shows 5,718 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight KIRC, COAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where MRPS18BP2 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
