Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FABP7P2 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FABP7P2 expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FABP7P2 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, FABP7P2 RNA expression shows 8,707 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight BLCA, THCA, and UVM as cancer lineages where FABP7P2 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
