Across TCGA patient cohorts, FABP7P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,736 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FABP7P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein acetylation, Obsolete histone modification, and RNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with FABP7P2 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP7P2-to-partner and partner-to-FABP7P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein acetylation grouped by FABP7P2-low versus FABP7P2-high in STAD.
