SMCO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMCO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,817 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMCO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3GL1, PGAM1_S31, and PPFIBP1. Each is linked with SMCO2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMCO2-to-partner and partner-to-SMCO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMCO2 versus SH3GL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMCO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMCO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
