SMCO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMCO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,052 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMCO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHV1OR15-4, DDX52, and IGLV2-8. Each is linked with SMCO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMCO2-to-partner and partner-to-SMCO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHV1OR15-4 grouped by SMCO2-low versus SMCO2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMCO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMCO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
