SMC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,392 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2A_S1247, RFC2, and SMC2. Each is linked with SMC4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMC4-to-partner and partner-to-SMC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMC4 versus TOP2A_S1247 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
