SMAD7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAD7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 758 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-103P, GAPDHP49, and MIR549A. Each is linked with SMAD7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD7-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-103P grouped by SMAD7-low versus SMAD7-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
