associated omics data
RNA, U6 small nuclear 1228, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1228P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1228P expression is associated with patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1228P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RNU6-1228P RNA expression shows 7,149 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Together, these results highlight BLCA, THCA, and UCEC as cancer lineages where RNU6-1228P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU6-1228P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU6-1228P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (6). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU6-1228P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU6-1228P expression shows unfavorable associations in THYM, SKCM, PCPG and GBM, but favorable associations in BLCA and LUSC. The BLCA Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the low-expression group declining faster, consistent with the favorable association (log-rank p = .018). Together, the overview and detailed table identify BLCA as the clearest survival context for RNU6-1228P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU6-1228P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU6-1228P shows lower tumor expression in THCA. The THCA box plot shows higher RNU6-1228P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −0.054, t-test p = .041).
