SLIRP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLIRP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,788 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLIRP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, MTHFD1, and PPP4R2. Each is linked with SLIRP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIRP-to-partner and partner-to-SLIRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLIRP versus SSRP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLIRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLIRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
