Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,126 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNPO2_T755, UPP1, and MVD. Each is linked with SLC6A11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC6A11 versus SYNPO2_T755 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
