Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC5A6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC5A6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDFIC2, UBE2QL1, and POU3F4. Each is linked with SLC5A6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC5A6-to-partner and partner-to-SLC5A6 results are reported.
