Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC4A1AP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 914 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC4A1AP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01758, RPL12P23, and LINC00653. Each is linked with SLC4A1AP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A1AP-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A1AP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01758 grouped by SLC4A1AP-low versus SLC4A1AP-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC4A1AP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC4A1AP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
