Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC49A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,011 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC49A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTA12P, VDAC2P4, and LINC01069. Each is linked with SLC49A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC49A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC49A4 results are reported.
