The most reproducible SLC24A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, DNMT1_S714, and SENP8. Each is linked with SLC24A1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC24A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC24A1 results are reported.
