Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC1A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC1A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF21, MSGN1, and GP9. Each is linked with SLC1A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A4 results are reported.
