Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLAMF9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,349 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLAMF9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD2, ERO1A, and HK2. Each is linked with SLAMF9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF9-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF9 results are reported.
