SHOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,640 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf52, RFC4, and MAD2L1. Each is linked with SHOX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHOX2-to-partner and partner-to-SHOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf52 grouped by SHOX2-low versus SHOX2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
