Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3PXD2A-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,416 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3PXD2A-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3PXD2A, FRMD6_S544, and SH3PXD2A_S1056. Each is linked with SH3PXD2A-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3PXD2A-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3PXD2A-AS1 results are reported.
