Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SH3PXD2A-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SH3PXD2A-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher SH3PXD2A-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SH3PXD2A-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SARC and COAD show a favorable association.

UVM, LUAD, and PAAD are the cancer types where SH3PXD2A-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
