SH3BP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3BP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3BP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABP2, KCNG4, and HMGB4. Each is linked with SH3BP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BP1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CABP2 grouped by SH3BP1-low versus SH3BP1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3BP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3BP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
