SERPINE4P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINE4P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,711 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINE4P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UPP1, RAB6B, and ARHGAP26. Each is linked with SERPINE4P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINE4P-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINE4P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINE4P versus UPP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINE4P→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINE4P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
