Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SERPINE4P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SERPINE4P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher SERPINE4P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERPINE4P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and ESCA show a favorable association.

READ, SKCM, and LGG are the cancer types where SERPINE4P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
