Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA3C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA16, CFAP100, and SP8. Each is linked with SEMA3C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3C-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA16 grouped by SEMA3C-low versus SEMA3C-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
