Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,908 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA3B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MISP, MSLN, and NCKIPSD_T181. Each is linked with SEMA3B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3B-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA3B versus MISP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
