Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,900 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSAT1P4, OR11H6, and SNORD8. Each is linked with SEMA3B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3B-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSAT1P4 grouped by SEMA3B-low versus SEMA3B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
