Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENOS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SELENOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6133, MIR6783, and H3P46. Each is linked with SELENOS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENOS-to-partner and partner-to-SELENOS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6133 grouped by SELENOS-low versus SELENOS-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELENOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELENOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
