SEL1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEL1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,630 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEL1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OS9, CRELD2, and ERLEC1. Each is linked with SEL1L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEL1L-to-partner and partner-to-SEL1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEL1L versus OS9 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEL1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEL1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
