SEC13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 602 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6817, HSCB, and PHF5A. Each is linked with SEC13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC13-to-partner and partner-to-SEC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6817 grouped by SEC13-low versus SEC13-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
