Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR6817 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR6817 expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR6817 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, MIR6817 RNA expression shows 3,820 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Together, these results highlight ESCA, THCA, and KIRC as cancer lineages where MIR6817 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
